The Use of Artificial Intelligence in The Production of State Acts

Abstract
The article proposes to examine the ways in which the production of state legal acts occurs through multiple existing technologies that create what is so-called "artificial intelligence" and, based on them, determine to what extent their use is compatible with Brazilian law, especially with regard to controlling their legitimacy.
