Abstract

Dr Gustavo Eduardo Ord ez Mart nez is a Latin America focused political and security expert He completed a PhD in Political Science and a Master s Degree in International Security Studies at Toulouse I Capitole University France His research focuses on developments relevant to national security armed forces terrorism and organized crime in Latin America He has published in these themes in journals such as Institut Fran ais des Relations Internationales Ifri and the Academia Nacional de Estudios Pol ticos y Estrat gicos ANEPE He has been interviewed on television and been invited to participate in seminars and conferences in Mexico and France Since 2021 he is an affiliate at the Mexican National Institute of Public Administration INAP
