Abstract

This descriptive study on Sexual harassment SH in media agencies in The Gambia investigated the prevalence of the practice the situations that drive the practice and individual as well as organizational mode of response to the issue The research design adopted was survey using both quantitative and qualitative methods Survey questionnaires were administered on 109 respondents drawn from 24 media organizations and freelancing journalists The organisations were purposively selected while respondents within each organisation were randomly sampled
